Installing UltraViewer (Remote Support Software)​

UltraViewer allows PCS technicians to connect to your computer and provide remote support.

Step 1 — Download​

Visit ultraviewer.net → go to the Download tab → click the Download button.

Step 2 — Install​

Once downloaded, open the .exe installer → click Next and follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation.

Step 3 — Share your ID & Password​

After installation, open UltraViewer. You will see your Your ID and Password — send these to the PCS technician via WhatsApp or email to begin your support session.
