How it works
Step 1 — Remote connection
We connect to your computer using professional remote support tools to diagnose and resolve issues directly.

Step 2 — Issue resolution
Our technician resolves the issue directly on your machine. Based on our experience, 80% of issues are resolved within 60 minutes.
Step 3 — Pickup (if needed)
If the issue cannot be resolved remotely (e.g. hardware failure), we will arrange to pick up your device for hands-on inspection and repair.
Step 4 — Return via Grab
Once repaired and fully tested, your device is delivered back to you via Grab.
⚠️ Pickup & return service is only available within Ho Chi Minh City.

Notes
- Service only begins after you receive an email/SMS confirmation.
- Customers with a subscription (Peace of Mind or above) get priority scheduling.
- Support hours: Mon–Fri after 7:00 PM, Sat–Sun all day.
